Return window. You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Condition. Items should be unused and in their original packaging where possible. (Since this is a hygiene-adjacent pet product, decide whether you’ll accept a used glove back, or only offer refunds without requiring the item returned — cheaper for you than paying return shipping on a $25 item, and common practice for low-cost dropshipping goods.)
