Who we are. The Fluffy Spot is operated by two young entrepenaurs, who love to take care of animals and give them the best treat possible.

Products and pricing. All prices are listed in US dollars. We work to describe our products accurately but do not warrant that descriptions, images, or other content are error-free. We reserve the right to correct pricing or availability errors, cancel an order, and refund any payment already made.

Orders and acceptance. Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept, decline, or limit any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud or pricing/stock errors.
